In-Home Healthcare
RN On Call works for you! We are on-call 24/7 as part of our monthly care program. Our exams, lab draws and assessments are all performed in the comfort of your home. We also help seniors stay independent in their own homes with home assessments.
Patient Advocacy
As your healthcare advocate RN On Call will guide you through the healthcare process right by your side. We ask your providers necessary questions and ensure the patient is well supported and cared for at all times.
Nurse Bridge
RN On Call “Nurse Bridge” supports people approaching the end of life and their family members, whether on hospice service or not. RN On Call can help guide family members and the patient through all of the difficult end-of-life steps and processes with kindness and compassion.
Family Support
RN On Call answers all of your toughest questions and provides support during all stages of life and death, We help provide relief and reduce guilt and stress often put on family members during difficult times.
My goal is to help seniors stay independent and well-supported in their own homes.

Hello, I am Nadine Grzeskowiak and welcome to RN On Call. After a 15-year career in emergency departments all across Oregon I opened RN On Call, Inc. in February 2007 as a professional, independent Nurse owned and operated business. I have had the honor and privilege of meeting and supporting a multitude of interesting and motivated clients and their families.
I am a member of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), the National Nurses in Business Association (NNBA) and the founder and owner of Gluten Free RN. I am an author, podcaster, and international speaker on all topics related to celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity.
Clients and families have benefited from our quality healthcare services including any primary provider-ordered service or procedure. RN On Call will make scheduled house calls, monitor health and wellness, collaborate with other healthcare providers, attend doctor appointments, surgeries and procedures, and facilitate end-of-life care with or without hospice.

Rates & Fees
The initial consultation is payable before or at the time of the appointment. Contact us for custom pricing.
Long-term and short-term contracts and fee schedules are available depending on your needs.
RN On Call is a fee-for-service business. Full payment is expected at the time of service. Weekly, biweekly or monthly payments can be arranged.
We are a private-pay (non-insurance) service specifically to help you navigate this difficult part of life.
Insurance companies will not reimburse for services provided by RN On Call. Long-Term Care insurances funds might be available in some cases. Contact your insurance representative to verify coverage.
