Nurse Bridge
RN On Call “Nurse Bridge” supports people approaching the end of life and their family members, whether on hospice service or not. For many of us, we enter this stage of life not knowing what to expect, how to navigate caregivers and medical options, and wanting peace and comfort for our loved ones. RN On Call brings a wealth of experience in senior care, patient advocacy, hospice care planning, and palliative care with a clear focus on helping patients get the experience that is best for them.
RN On Call first asks questions of the patient and family, provides clear options and advice, and supports all family members through the transition process of dying. We can help you understand medical advice, administer physician-ordered medications, stay with you and your loved one (or be on call for telehealth support), and most of all provide clarity and comfort so you know what to expect, how to manage pain and fear, and hopefully reach a point of acceptance.
